Who's behind this
Amir Hatami

I'm Amir Hatami — a Financial Services Management student at Wittenborg University here in Apeldoorn, originally from Iran.

I run my own business too, Heldo Window Cleaning, so I know what it's like to lose an evening untangling receipts instead of doing the work that actually pays.

That's the real reason I started this. Not as an outsider looking in, but as someone doing the same juggling act — who'd rather hand the admin off than watch it pile up.

Packages

Two ways to handle it

Both packages start with a free trial month, so you know what you're getting before you pay.

Co-pilot bookkeeping
  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Monthly reports
  • Insight into revenue and costs
  • You handle your own tax filing
Fully hands-off
Auto-pilot bookkeeping
  • Everything in Co-pilot
  • VAT filing handled
  • Income tax filing handled
  • Nothing left for you to think about
The first month is free — bookkeeping and reports included, no tax filing. So you can try it risk-free before deciding.
How it works

From first chat to peace of mind

1

Quick conversation

We talk through what you're doing now, what's going on, and whether this fits your situation.

2

Free trial month

You send over last month's admin and see in black and white what you get.

3

Ongoing

Then you pick a package, and I handle it monthly — you'll hear from me if anything comes up.

FAQ

Still have questions?

Sure, I'll help you make the switch. We'll plan a starting point that fits your current situation, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Right now I focus specifically on self-employed professionals, so I can stay fully relevant to what matters for you instead of offering generic service.

Your invoices and receipts from the past month, and a short conversation about how you currently work. I'll take it from there.
